Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting detailed intake assessments and biopsychosocial evaluations for new clients to ascertain their mental health needs.

• Developing personalized, client-centered treatment plans incorporating evidence-based practices tailored to individual goals and challenges.

• Providing a variety of psychotherapy services, including individual therapy, couples therapy, and group therapy sessions, utilizing a strengths-based and holistic approach.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, case managers, and community organizations to ensure comprehensive care for clients facing complex life issues.

• Maintaining detailed and timely documentation in adherence to BBS and HIPAA standards, ensuring that all client records are accurate and confidential.

• Participating in team meetings to discuss client progress and treatment strategies, as well as optional peer consultations for professional collaboration.

• Engaging in continuous learning to remain up-to-date on licensure requirements and participate in professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The main focus of this role is to serve clients navigating various mental health challenges and life circumstances, including but not limited to trauma, housing insecurity, and social inequities. You will provide therapeutic support to a diverse clientele, ensuring that each individual receives culturally sensitive and appropriate guidance tailored to their unique situations.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active and unrestricted LCSW license in the state of California is required.

• A Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from a CSWE-accredited graduate program is essential.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, along with proficient documentation abilities, are critical for effective communication with clients and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
