Description Provides patient centered customer service to internal and external clients. Serves as a point of contact to patients, providers and pharmacies including answering inbound calls and coordinating delivery and fills of patient's medications. Serves as a liaison between other departments within the pharmacy and patients and collects key patient information essential for any clinical staff. Estimated pay range for this position is $19.44 - $25.27 / hour depending on experience. Qualifications: Provides patient centered customer service to internal and external clients. Additional Qualifications: Significant customer service experience, ideally in the pharmacy industry. Must demonstrate high levels customer service experience. Knowledge of/proficient in Medical terminology preferred (written & oral). At least one year experience within a Call Center or fast past environment. Bilingual (English and Spanish) highly preferred. PTCB highly preferred.Proficient in computer applications and data entry skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
