Payroll and Benefits Specialist

Halo Investing, Inc. in Chicago is seeking a Payroll and Benefits Specialist to join our HR team. This hybrid role (3 days in the office) focuses on payroll processing in ADP, administering health insurance, 401(k), and other benefits for about 100 employees. You will maintain HRIS records, ensure ACA reporting, support onboarding, and partner with benefits providers to keep plans competitive while contributing to Halo's culture and employee experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
