Caring for our patients is a team effort, and establishing rapport and a cooperative relationship with doctors and team members is a also must!## Qualifications**Required Education:*** Possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree* Must maintain current Arkansas license to practice as an RN* Hold a Masters degree in Nurse Anesthesia* Maintain a CRNA certification with the NBCRNA* Must maintain current CPR Certification**Experience/Skills/Other Requirements****Required:*** Minimum of 2 years experience as a CRNA* Maintain a professional manner in stressful situations* Strong verbal communication skills in order to converse clearly and professionally with patients and staff**Desired:*** At least one year of experience in an eye care clinic* At least one year of experience with electronic health records#### New Little Rock Location Now Open!12,000+ sqft of Clinic and Optical Space!
