About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP Sales for North America to spearhead the next phase of commercial growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and executing the North American commercial strategy, leading and growing the sales organization, and driving the regional sales target. This role demands a hands-on leadership style, with a focus on winning new strategic customers and expanding existing deployments. The VP Sales will be expected to stay personally involved in key customer relationships, deal strategies, and negotiations, while also partnering closely with cross-functional teams to ensure strong customer outcomes and feed market insights back into the business. Candidates for the VP Sales position should have a proven track record in industrial technology sales, with a background in areas such as industrial automation, robotics, industrial IoT, industrial AI, asset performance management, predictive maintenance, or inspection technology. Experience in at least one of the core industrial markets in North America is essential. The role requires demonstrated people leadership, commercial delivery, and a strong record in complex, long-cycle enterprise sales. The ideal candidate will have a genuine hands-on leadership style, strong commercial judgment, and the ability to build and execute a repeatable enterprise sales approach. Bonus points for those with experience in selling solutions that combine hardware, software, services, and operational deployment, as well as an established network of industrial customers and strategic partners in North America.
