Quality & Compliance Supervisor Mesa, AZ | Up to $100K + 10% Bonus Vaco Arizona is partnering with a growing organization to hire a Quality & Compliance Supervisor who is excited to build, improve, and scale a compliance function from the ground up. Responsibilities Lead and develop a team responsible for quality assurance and compliance initiatives Coordinate internal and external audits and oversee compliance reviews Identify risks, analyze findings, and implement corrective action plans Partner with leadership across multiple departments to improve processes and ensure regulatory compliance Develop reporting, metrics, and tracking tools to monitor performance and compliance outcomes Support department growth through coaching, hiring, training, and team development Requirements 3+ years of experience in compliance, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, auditing, or a related function Experience in highly regulated industries such as healthcare, banking, financial services, manufacturing, or similar environments Previous experience coordinating audits, compliance reviews, corrective action plans, or regulatory reporting Leadership experience with direct reports or team lead responsibilities Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Vaco Recruiter Services
