Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Director to oversee all marketing activities for our company. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and enhance customer engagement. You will work closely with the sales and product development teams to ensure our marketing efforts align with our overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to support the company's overall growth strategy

- Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to achieve marketing goals and objectives

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and strategic partners

- Create and manage marketing budgets, track ROI, and report on key performance metrics

- Oversee the development of all marketing collateral, including print and digital materials, advertising campaigns, and promotional materials

- Collaborate with the product development team to identify new product opportunities and develop effective product launch strategies

- Utilize data and analytics to make informed marketing decisions and continuously improve marketing efforts

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement innovative marketing strategies to keep the company ahead of the competition

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies

- Strong understanding of market research, data analysis, and consumer behavior

- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills

- Experience managing and mentoring a team

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities

- Passion for grilling and outdoor cooking is a plus
