• Conduct visits to ensure care is safe, consistent, and meaningful

• Address concerns before they become problems

• Advocate fiercely for your clients and their experience

You will:

• Build relationships with hospitals, providers, and community partners

• Represent Right at Home as a trusted, compassionate resource

• Help expand access to care in the communities we serve

• Support scheduling and team needs when it counts

• Help welcome and guide new Care Pros

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required

• CNA/CMA (preferred or required based on role needs)

• Valid driver’s license & insurance

• Strong communication, organization, and computer skills

• Basic understanding of medical terminology
