Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Personal Banker role based in Fort Myers, FL. The Personal Banker will assist customers with day-to-day banking needs, including opening new accounts, processing deposits, and answering questions about products and services. Responsibilities include conducting account maintenance, explaining banking options, and educating customers on tools such as online and mobile banking. The role involves identifying customer needs, recommending appropriate banking solutions, and referring complex matters to specialized team members when needed. The Personal Banker will also help ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements, maintain accurate records, and support branch sales and service goals.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Personal Banking, including relationship-building and understanding of retail banking products and services.
- Experience handling Deposits and related transactions with attention to accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in Opening New Accounts, including gathering documentation, verifying information, and explaining account terms clearly.
- Basic knowledge of Finance concepts relevant to consumer and small business banking, with the ability to explain them in clear, accessible language.
- Demonstrated Customer Service skills, including active listening, problem-solving, and professional communication in person, by phone, and in writing.
- Comfort working with banking software, online systems, and standard office technology.
- Ability to work on-site full time, manage multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality and integrity in all interactions.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, finance, or a related field or prior banking experience is preferred.
