Pay: $14.00 per hour Employment Type: Part-Time & Full-Time Available Job Summary We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented Banquet Set-Up Team Member to help prepare our banquet and event spaces for weddings, meetings, conferences, celebrations, and other special events. As part of our hotel team, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for our guests. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Responsibilities Set up and break down banquet rooms according to event diagrams, schedules, and hotel standards. Arrange tables, chairs, linens, stages, dance floors, and other equipment as needed. Ensure banquet and event spaces are clean, organized, attractive, and ready for guests. Assist with room changes and last-minute set-up requests. Work closely with the Banquet and Food & Beverage teams to ensure events run smoothly. Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked banquet storage areas. Safely move, transport, and store tables, chairs, equipment, and supplies. Follow all hotel safety, cleanliness, and operational standards. Complete set-up and breakdown tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Qualifications Previous banquet, hotel, hospitality, or event experience is preferred but not required . Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Dependable and punctual. Ability to work well as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, and lift for extended periods. Ability to safely lift and move banquet equipment and furniture. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays , based on event needs.
