Assistant General Manager

Cleo is looking for an Assistant General Manager who loves restaurants, loves people, and believes hospitality should feel effortless, warm, and memorable.
In this role you'll act as the right hand to the General Manager. Together, you'll build a team that people are excited to work with, create memorable guest experiences, and make sure every service runs smoothly.
We're looking for someone who loves hospitality and stays calm under pressure
What You'll Do- Support the General Manager in all aspects of daily operations.
- Lead service and floor management with confidence and positivity.
- Coach, develop, and motivate the front-of-house team.
- Help with scheduling, inventory, labor management, and administrative tasks.
- Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and hospitality.
- Help foster a workplace where people genuinely enjoy coming to work.
- 1+ years of management experience in a busy, hospitality-focused restaurant.
- A natural leader who builds trust and earns respect.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable balancing the administrative side of management with being present on the floor.
- Calm, adaptable, and solutions-focused.
- Passionate about restaurants and committed to creating exceptional guest experiences.
