Merchandiser

Job Summary We are looking for a Merchandiser to showcase our brands through building displays, managing inventory and product placement in a sales environment. Compensation: $18.50/hour, $2,400 annual car allowance, $300/month gas card, $1,500 sign‑on bonus. Key Responsibilities Daily merchandising in new and existing accounts: Stocking and rotating shelves Building displays POS material management Store resets for remodels, grand openings or seasonal changes Build strong rapport with key account relationships and obtain feedback on merchandising activities. Share feedback with the sales team to: Identify brand/category opportunities Expand shelf and cold box facings Communicate out‑of‑stock or new items opportunities Learn and grow beer, wine, and/or spirit knowledge for brands and our customers. Handle beverage alcohol products responsibly and conduct safe interactions with the public. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Minimum Qualifications 21 years or older, preferably high school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Top‑shelf customer service, communication, and problem‑solving skills. High levels of professionalism and sound judgment. Ability to work occasional weekends. Ability to lift and carry 45‑65 pounds. Physical Requirements Frequently sit, stand, bend, squat, and reach. Frequently climb stairs or ladders. Regularly lift 45‑65 lbs. Perform tasks requiring talking, hearing, and using hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone.
