We are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently, understands accounting and bookkeeping, and can also assist with day-to-day client communication. Requirements & Responsibilities: • Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience • Strong QuickBooks experience • Bookkeeping and account reconciliation • Entering and categorizing transactions accurately • Reviewing financial records for accuracy • Answering incoming phone calls • Scheduling client appointments • Communicating professionally with clients • Accepting and organizing client documents • Emailing clients and sending secure portal upload links • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive financial and tax information • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Dependable and able to work independently
