Account Sales Coordinator

Account Sales CoordinatorWe're looking for a motivated and proactive Account Sales Coordinator to play a key role in growing our client base. In this role, you'll be reaching out to potential clients, understanding their goals, and guiding them toward tailored financial solutions.Core ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound outreach and respond to inbound inquiries from potential clientsQualify leads and identify opportunities to present relevant servicesGuide prospects through the initial stages of the sales cycle, including needs assessment and product recommendationsSupport clients through onboarding and ensure a smooth handoff to internal service teamsMaintain accurate tracking of leads, calls, emails, and conversions in the CRMQualificationsHigh school diploma or college degree preferredExperience in sales, business development, or client outreach a plus but not requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated with a desire to meet and exceed performance goalsWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary plus performance-based bonuses and incentives.Access to comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off.Comprehensive training and sales enablement toolsA collaborative, team-driven culture that celebrates wins and supports growth
