Desired Qualifications:

• Active RN license and BLS/ACLS certification (AHA or equivalent)
• Minimum of 2 years’ recent CVOR experience
• Strong understanding of cardiovascular surgical procedures and sterile technique
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Scrub and circulate during cardiac and vascular surgeries
• Collaborate with surgical, anesthesia, and perfusion staff to ensure quality patient care
• Implement safety protocols and maintain a sterile operating field
• Monitor and respond to changes in patient status during procedures
• Document interventions and outcomes accurately
