Job Description

As a Security Officer Patrol Mobility Driver in Baytown, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a chemical and petrochemical location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help to deter incidents, and support security-related operations with strong customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual conditions in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details through appropriate site and Allied Universal channels.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production-adjacent areas, administrative buildings, parking areas, and perimeter routes to help identify security-related concerns and policy violations.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and help support traffic and delivery control in accordance with location requirements.
• Document daily activities, observations, and/or incident information, and communicate professionally with site contacts regarding security-related matters and operational needs.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
