Key Responsibilities
- Provide health aide support to preschool-aged students in a school-based setting
- Assist with daily health monitoring and care needs of students
- Support behavioral and developmental needs of preschool students
- Maintain compliance with all required health and safety protocols, including up-to-date CPR/BLS certification
- Collaborate with school staff to ensure a safe and supportive environment for students
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree, completion of 60 units of college coursework, or a valid Paraprofessional certification
- CNA certification accepted but must also meet the education or Paraprofessional certification requirement
- IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card required
- CPR/BLS Card required
- Hepatitis B vaccination or signed declination of offered vaccine required
- Must meet work location requirements; positions available in Phoenix and Tucson
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior caregiving experience is a plus
- Experience working with preschool-aged or behaviorally diverse populations preferred
