Sr Product Management Specialist

The Senior Product/Offering Management Specialist Product Owner is responsible for product development and related offering management activities for assigned product categories within the Solutions and Services business. Honeywell Productivity Solutions & Services is a global leader of technologies and services that significantly improve worker productivity, throughput, quality, training time, and safety. These solutions are commonly deployed in warehouses, retail, and maintenance and inspection environments. Responsibilities Collaborating closely with our cross-functional team including professionals in Design & Development, Marketing, Engineering, Sales, Customers, Planning, IT, and others. Executing key product initiatives, including looking within the category to outline white space opportunities to drive growth for the business. Utilizing insights to drive product innovation ideas through the development process to best meet consumer needs. Building out the analysis of market trends and share opportunities. Working closely with Data Governance to ensure the integrity of product information throughout internal systems across the brand. Assisting in the development of our overall go-to-market product strategy. Partnering in crafting assets for advertising and other key marketing communications; overseeing production of creative assets, including site development, social and video content, and other promotional materials. Acting as the global consumer insights and competitive market specialist while utilizing key takeaways on our product line. Managing and analyzing business, offering, and customer data to derive insights. Assisting in development of product strategy. Carrying forward product management execution. Supporting sales processes. Category and sales analysis. Trade show management & attendance. Establishing and maintaining processes for software-device validations and certifications, internal and external. Qualifications 4 or more years of product ownership experience in products/offering management/business or related function. Experience in offering requirements identification, management, and delivery/development. Bachelor’s degree. Agile and SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) training and certification. Practical experience applying scaled agile methodologies across cross‑functional teams. MBA. Self‑starter who can work independently and make decisions within a degree of authority. Proven track record of leading projects and product launches. Product management and marketing skills. Ability to motivate and influence team members. Process/systems orientation. Analytical thinking and decision making. Proven strategy development and implementation. Articulation of how product meets customer needs. Project management experience. Sales experience.
