EP ServiceNow Lead Software Engineer

Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, including secure production code, custom portal experiences, and integrations with other applications. Troubleshoot and monitor platform issues, improve system architecture and application quality, and mentor developers while collaborating with stakeholders and the engineering team.
Requirements: Requires formal training or certification in software engineering concepts, at least five years of applied experience, and more than six years of ServiceNow experience, including at least two years with the ITSM module. Candidates should be proficient in JavaScript, Glide scripting, HTML, CSS, Angular, and REST integrations, with strong analytical, communication, and mentoring skills; HR Service Delivery, Virtual Agent, UI Builder, configurable workspaces, and ServiceNow certifications are preferred.
