Position Overview:
Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking motivated Warm Transfer Agents to join a fast-growing insurance technology marketplace in Tampa, Florida. This exciting opportunity is perfect for individuals with a knack for communication and a drive for success. The role primarily involves engaging with warm leads and connecting them with licensed insurance agents. This position is fully onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Make 300+ outbound calls per day to warm leads.
- Encourage customers to receive competitive insurance quotes.
- Engage interested customers and connect them with licensed insurance agents.
- Able to meet metrics based on adherence to company KPI on attendance and performance.
- Follow company-provided script.
- Work in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
Compensation:
- Base pay of $17/hour with uncapped commission.
- Weekly Pay and Biweekly Bonus Payout.
Requirements:
- Preferred experience in collections, sales, appointment setting, lead generation, or call center environments.
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
- Reliable transportation.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Pre-Employment Background Check.
- No time off in the first 30 days of employment.
Work Hours:
- Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM and 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM.
Training Hours:
- Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM.
