Trusts & Estates Attorney

A leading national law firm is seeking a Trusts & Estates (T&E) Associate to join its Missouri-based practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work with high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners, and fiduciaries on sophisticated estate planning and wealth preservation matters. The attorney will advise clients on a broad range of trusts and estates matters, including estate planning, wealth transfer, tax planning, trust administration, and related business and succession planning issues. Requirements of the Role: Experience practicing in trusts and estates, estate planning, tax, or a closely related practice area. Strong knowledge of estate planning and wealth transfer principles. Excellent legal research, writing, drafting, and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines. Excellent interpersonal and client communication skills. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team. Missouri bar admission or eligibility to practice in Missouri.
