On‑site position requiring presence in our St. Manage trust and estate administration project lists

Prepare estate tax and gift tax returns

Draft estate planning documents and correspondence

Coordinate and review tax matters

Organize electronic materials and maintain client files according to systems and procedures

Law School and undergraduate degree with strong GPA; Excellent written and oral communication in fluent English, with correct grammar, spelling, and proof‑reading

Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Acrobat, and tax preparation software

Personal Characteristics Required

Common‑sense judgment to understand situations and projects

Ability to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines with minimal supervision

Physical capability to be mobile and stationary throughout the workday, lift 20 pounds, possess a valid driver’s license and vehicle, and operate a computer and other equipment
