About the team: The Senior Director will lead the Entertainment, Toys, and Seasonal business unit, which uniquely integrates endemic, ingredient, and non-endemic elements. This dynamic team focuses on identifying new monetization opportunities and forging strong partnerships across functions and external collaborators. Operating with daily rigor, the team drives strategic sales planning, negotiation excellence, and data-driven decision-making. Leveraging expertise in sales management, applied business technologies, and analytics, the group aims to unlock significant market potential while delivering measurable business value and fostering collaborative relationships to support sustained growth and innovation.
