Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent, with additional computer training or related experience 1-2 years of related programming experience Knowledge of manufacturing software applications and programming languages Ability to analyze elevations and material profiles for compatibility with manufacturing techniques Strong attention to detail, technical aptitude, and problem‑solving skills Nice to Have Skills Experience with bend deductions, shear sizes, jig selection, and reinforcement needs Familiarity with manufacturing tolerances and hardware template interpretation Understanding of shop capabilities and optimization of programming for machine efficiency Preferred Education and Experience Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in related fields highly regarded Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment focused on steel or metal fabrication is advantageous Other Requirements Ability to interpret hardware templates accurately and program elevations for machine utilization Willingness to support safety, teamwork, and customer‑centric values in daily operations May require occasional site visits or cooperation with manufacturing teams U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required MissionStaff is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr MissionStaff
