What You’ll Do: As a Regional Sales Director, you will oversee 50+ retail locations, driving sales and operational excellence. You’ll lead, train, and inspire teams to exceed goals while ensuring top‑tier customer service. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include: Achieving Sales Goals – Meet and exceed assigned sales and KPI targets in your region. Building High-Performing Teams – Recruit, train, and develop a winning sales force. Driving Customer Loyalty – Maintain superior service standards to ensure high retention rates. Maximizing Store Performance – Monitor operations, inventory, and cash management to maintain efficiency. Qualifications What We’re Looking For: Proven Multi‑Unit Leadership – 4+ years of experience managing 50+ locations in Wireless Retail or Quick Service Restaurants. Industry Expertise – 5+ years in wireless retail or QSR leadership with a strong sales focus. People‑First Leadership – A passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing high‑performing teams.
