Procurement Category Manager

LHH is partnering with a global tobacco and consumer goods company on a Procurement Category Manager job located in their Raleigh, NC office. As a Procurement Category Manager, you’ll support the design of and implement procurement strategies for indirect spend across North America, fostering innovation, sustainability, and value creation. You'll manage supplier relationships and drive solutions that align with our business goals. They are looking for someone with substantial indirect procurement experience to join their team on a direct hire basis. This is a hybrid role that is offering a salary between $114K - $125K + bonus. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own and execute indirect procurement strategy for Marketing & Sales categories across North America
• Drive cost savings, supplier performance, and innovation within M&S spend
• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and business leaders
• Lead vendor negotiations, risk management, and category planning

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years indirect procurement / strategic sourcing experience (CPG preferred)
• Experience supporting Marketing & Sales categories (agencies, media, promotional spend, etc.)
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, and financial analysis skills
• Ability to operate in a multinational, matrixed environment
