MLR is looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our client's exceptional Labor and Delivery team. Located in a vibrant community, we are dedicated to providing outstanding care for expectant mothers while fostering a safe and nurturing environment for both mother and baby.

Key Responsibilities for an RN:

Continuously monitor patients throughout labor and delivery, tracking vital signs and fetal heart rates.
Provide hands-on care during labor, including medication administration, assisting with deliveries, and managing pain relief.
Educate patients and families about the labor process, delivery options, and postpartum care.
Collaborate with obstetricians, midwives, and healthcare staff to ensure a coordinated and seamless delivery experience.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records throughout all phases of labor and delivery.
Respond promptly to emergencies or complications, adhering to established hospital protocols.
Uphold a clean and safe environment by following infection control guidelines and hospital policies.

Registered Nurse Qualifications:

Active RN license in New Mexico (mandatory).
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Certifications: BLS and ACLS required.
Strong clinical skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care.
