Velocity Express Logistics is a newly launched Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) committed to building a team-first culture centered around safety, reliability, professionalism, and growth. Job Description

As a Delivery Associate at Velocity Express Logistics, you will safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial customers while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service. Drivers are expected to work independently, follow assigned routes and schedules, operate company-provided vehicles safely, and maintain communication with dispatch and management throughout the day.

Responsibilities:

Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and business locations
Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism at all times
Load, unload, and organize packages within the delivery vehicle
Operate company-provided delivery vehicles safely and responsibly
Follow all safety policies, procedures, and quality standards
Navigate varying weather and road conditions, including nighttime driving
Work independently while managing time effectively
Maintain communication with dispatch and management as needed

Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age or older
Valid driver’s license required (Probationary licenses are not accepted)
Clean driving record
Reliable transportation to and from work
Ability to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs
Comfortable driving and delivering at night and in various weather conditions
Strong time management skills and attention to detail
Reliable smartphone for communication purposes
Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Strong attendance, punctuality, and reliability required
