Director of Hospital Partnerships

PetCentric Health is growing — and we’re looking for someone who’s excited to grow with us.

We’re hiring a full-time Director of Hospital Partnerships to help support and expand relationships with veterinary hospitals across the country. This role works directly with our CEO and plays a hands-on role in business development, hospital partnerships, and helping clinics succeed with our programs.

This is primarily a Business Development role focused on expanding PetCentric's hospital partner network.

What You’ll Do

  • Build strong relationships with veterinary hospitals and teams
  • Support partnership growth and ongoing hospital success
  • Collaborate with clinics to drive engagement and adoption
  • Represent PetCentric Health at industry events, meetings, and conferences
  • Work closely with internal teams to support partner needs and opportunities

What We’re Looking For

  • Veterinary industry experience required
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a growing company
  • Self-motivated, organized, and relationship-driven
  • Excited about travel and connecting with hospitals in person (~25%)

Additional Details

  • Full-time position
  • Reports directly to CEO
  • Base + commission compensation structure
  • Base salary starts at $60,000
  • Target start date: Mid-June 2026
  • Preferred location: Southeast U.S. or Florida
