Salesforce Admin

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to support, maintain, and enhance multiple Salesforce environments. This role involves system administration, development of custom solutions, coordination of new feature deployments, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to define and deliver scalable Salesforce functionality. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Sales Cloud, Apex programming, Flows, and administration best practices, along with the ability to translate business requirements into optimized Salesforce solutions. Key Responsibilities Serve as a system administrator and developer across multiple Salesforce orgs and environments. Perform core administrative functions, including user account setup, role hierarchy management, dashboards, reports, workflows, and routine system tasks. Develop custom Apex logic and automate processes for standard and custom objects such as Accounts and Contacts. Conduct regular internal system audits and ensure readiness for platform upgrades. Manage Salesforce data feeds, integrations, and related system connections. Evaluate, scope, and complete new development requests based on business needs. Collaborate with management to define processes supporting administration, development, and change management. Assist in the onboarding and training of new users, contributing to overall Salesforce capability growth. Act as a liaison between users, vendors, and development teams to ensure smooth communication and delivery. Work independently with business stakeholders to gather, define, and document requirements. Perform fit-gap analysis to determine alignment between Salesforce capabilities and business needs. Translate business requirements into effective, scalable Salesforce solutions. Provide level-of-effort estimates for proposed Salesforce enhancements and customizations. Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of Salesforce Administrator and Developer experience. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform functionality, including Sales Cloud. Hands-on experience with: User and role hierarchy administration Security model configuration Page layouts, record types, validation rules, and workflows Process Builder and Flow Builder Reports and dashboards DataLoader Experience working on multiple parallel projects and collaborating with diverse teams. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Agentforce. Experience with Data Cloud/Data 360.
