Maintenance Technician

Maintenance TechnicianThe Maintenance Technician works on-site to complete all maintenance and groundskeeping tasks as directed by their supervisor. Their responsibilities include completing daily work orders, performing preventative maintenance tasks, maintaining proper groundskeeping, trash removal, equipment repair, and other necessary duties.What You Will DoMaintenance and Safety:Complete work orders for residential units and common areas as needed.Repair broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use.Knowledge of painting and drywall repair.Adhering to preventive maintenance programs to the building as required.Identify and repair potential safety hazards.Adhere to the company safety policies and safety measures.Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by management.HVAC: Ability to diagnose and perform repairs on HVAC systems.Appliances: Ability to diagnose and perform repairs on appliances.Other:Must be able to work a full shift / required work schedule on-site the property.Must be able to work on an on-call basis.Must be available for additional hours including evenings, weekends, and overtime when necessary.Must be available to assist with move-outs, turn, and move-ins that extend beyond normal full-time hour.Must be able to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds regularly, as required by the demands of the job.
