Description

The primary responsibilities of the Member Relationship Officer role include but are not limited to: Providing members with sound financial guidance for all their consumer lending needs. Evaluate and recommend decisions based on lending policy. Professionally assist members with their needs by opening and maintaining checking, savings, CD and IRA accounts. Building and maintaining long-term relationships to anticipate member’s future needs and to exceed their expectations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Strong interviewing skills and listening skills to identify member needs. Minimum of one-year sales and service experience. The ability to speak and translate fluent Spanish and English is preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain a professional, courteous, and friendly atmosphere for members and co-workers. Flexible availability which will include rotating Saturdays. Proven attention to detail skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Advanced knowledge of MS office or similar software. Preferred candidates will possess previous financial industry experience with account opening and consumer lending knowledge.

This is a Permanent position based out of Appleton, WI.

The pay range for this position is $46000.00 - $54000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Appleton,WI.
