About the Role


We are seeking a Program Planning & Scheduling Analyst to provide planning and scheduling support across multiple mission requirements. In this role, you will assist in developing and maintaining components of the Program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), support proposal schedules, and contribute to Statement of Work (SOW) and Basis of Estimate (BOE) development. You will advise program management on contractual impacts, apply Critical Path Methodology, and refine Earned Value Management (EVM) practices. This position requires strong communication skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to prepare reports and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.


Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain components of the Program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Support proposal schedule development, SOW, and BOE preparation.
• Advise program management on contractual impacts, delivery risks, and cost considerations.
• Ensure communication and cross-coordination with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
• Apply Critical Path Methodology to schedule network development and analysis.
• Develop/refine knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Prepare status reports, metrics, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate across engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, and production functions.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills in a team environment.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with cost and/or schedule integration.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams, projects, or programs.
• Ability to deliver presentations to leadership, customers, and stakeholders.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience working independently across technical teams with a basic understanding of technical products.
• Experience providing risk and opportunity analysis input.
• Familiarity with Deltek Open Plan Scheduling Tool.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Demonstrated experience with IPMDAR (Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report).
• Experience with Milestones Professional software.
• Knowledge of capture, research & development, and production scheduling requirements.
• Experience working on Engineering, Manufacturing, and Development (EMD) programs.
