Looking for an experienced fabrication and installation supervisor with over 3 years of leadership experience managing shop operations, production schedules, quality control, and field installations. Skilled in supervising fabrication teams, coordinating projects from design to completion, ensuring workplace safety, and maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily fabrication shop operations and installation crews.
Plan, schedule, and coordinate production to meet project deadlines.
Manage and train shop personnel, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
Review project specifications, drawings, and work orders to ensure accuracy.
Maintain quality control standards throughout fabrication and installation processes.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Coordinate material procurement, inventory control, and equipment maintenance.
Communicate with customers, contractors, and project managers regarding project progress.
Troubleshoot production and installation issues to minimize delays and improve efficiency.
