Responsibilities Welcome and check in guests for their scheduled tours Assist guests with payments, reservations, and general resort information Answer incoming phone calls and provide exceptional customer service Prepare daily tour reports and communicate updates to Sales Leadership Coordinate with Sales Managers regarding owner gifts and tour logistics Monitor tour counts and update leadership throughout the day Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area Support administrative projects and other duties as needed Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Previous administrative, receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Professional, friendly, and detail-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment If you're looking for a company with opportunities for growth and enjoy delivering outstanding customer service, apply today for a confidential conversation.
