What You’ll Do As an Experienced Residential Plumbing Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems while providing exceptional service to our customers and serving as a technical resource for the team. Responsibilities include: Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems Troubleshoot plumbing issues and determine the best solutions for customers Install, repair, and replace plumbing fixtures, including sinks, toilets, faucets, and water systems Perform drain cleaning and sewer-related plumbing services Install and modify piping systems for water, sewer, and gas applications Assemble and install fittings, valves, and plumbing components Recommend appropriate plumbing solutions based on customer needs, budget, and system requirements Educate customers on repair options and help them make informed decisions Mentor and support plumbing helpers, apprentices, and fellow technicians Provide technical guidance and share knowledge with team members Support quality standards and best practices within the department Complete work orders, invoices, and documentation accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked service vehicle Maintain proper inventory of parts, tools, and safety equipment Communicate professionally with customers, teammates, and leadership Deliver exceptional customer service on every visit Represent Roscoe Brown’s Core Values of Positivity, Respect, Integrity, and Commitment We Invest in Your Success At Roscoe Brown, we believe great plumbers never stop learning.
