This role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work closely with residents in a collaborative rehabilitation environment. What You’ll Do: Carry out therapy programs established by the supervising Physical Therapist Assist residents with gait training, strengthening exercises, balance work, and transfers Observe resident performance during treatment sessions and communicate updates to the PT Support residents in reaching therapy goals safely and effectively Maintain timely and accurate documentation Qualifications: Active PTA license required Strong communication and teamwork skills Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required Direct Hire.
