Head of Business Operations & Revenue - Healthcare #0610

Our client, a growing healthcare practice in the Phoenix metro area, is looking for a hands‑on operational leader to oversee daily clinic performance and help scale the business for continued expansion. This opportunity is well suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑moving, patient‑centric setting and brings a strong track record of building efficient processes, developing high‑performing teams, and driving measurable results. In this role, the successful candidate will lead clinic operations, support initiatives that enhance the patient experience, and work closely with senior leadership to strengthen performance across key areas of the business. Key Responsibilities Partner with leadership on budgeting, financial performance, and growth‑related initiatives Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) Lead, coach, and develop clinic staff while fostering accountability and clear performance expectations Ensure systems and tools are being used effectively to improve workflows and maintain a high standard of care throughout the patient journey Collaborate with marketing and referral partners to support patient acquisition and strengthen the clinic’s visibility in the local market Monitor and improve key performance indicators, including patient flow, retention, and overall clinic results Identify operational gaps and implement processes that improve consistency and support scalability Maintain a strong on‑site presence to support staff, reinforce service standards, and ensure smooth daily execution Oversee day‑to‑day clinic operations to ensure a consistently high level of patient experience and service delivery Qualifications Strong analytical ability, including experience monitoring and interpreting key performance metrics Proven experience leading operations within a healthcare, wellness, or service‑oriented environment Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience Experience creating and implementing operational processes and SOPs Strong communication skills, with the ability to align clinical teams and leadership around shared objectives Demonstrated success leading teams and driving performance in a fast‑paced environment Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, along with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies Preferred Qualifications Experience with staffing, onboarding, and performance management Exposure to digital tools or platforms that support operational efficiency and patient engagement Experience working in a growing or entrepreneurial business environment Background in chiropractic, physical therapy, or a similar patient‑facing clinical setting Benefits Base Salary: $80,000 – $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience Bonus: Performance‑based incentive aligned with clinic goals Health Insurance: Medical coverage provided Retirement: 401(k) with employer match Time Off: Paid time off Equal Employment Opportunity and Non-Discrimination Policy Equal Employment Opportunity Statement: Both Haldren and our clients are Equal Opportunity Employers.
