Shipping Support Specialist – (Part-Time, Days) Location: Ham Lake, MN 55304 Pay: $16-$19/hour starting Job Type: Part-Time, On-Site Schedule: Open to discussion to fit the shipping needs About the Job We ship live insects for the pet industry. As a part‑time Shipping Support Team Member, you will be responsible for preparing materials and supplies for the shipping team with a strong emphasis on accuracy, safety, and consistent execution. What You’ll Do Prepare materials and supplies Pack and prepare live insect orders for shipment Ensure order accuracy before shipping Label and organize outgoing packages Maintain a clean, organized work area Follow safety and handling procedures at all times Operate basic equipment: tape guns, packaging tools, and materials safely and efficiently Work with a team to meet daily shipping goals What We’re Looking For We are hiring for reliability and consistency first. You will be expected to: Follow all safety procedures, handle materials and equipment responsibly, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and report issues immediately to leadership.
