Job Description

·         Lead and manage all HR operations for a two-shift, 130-person non-union manufacturing facility as a standalone HR professional

·         Oversee the full spectrum of employee benefits administration, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) programs

·         Manage end-to-end recruiting and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent

·         Administer payroll processing utilizing the ADP platform

·         Handle Workers' Compensation claims and manage Short-Term and Long-Term Disability programs

·         Ensure compliance with FMLA regulations and related leave management policies

·         Design and deliver employee training and development programs to support organizational growth

·         Foster positive employee relations and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workplace culture

Key Requirements 

·                     Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR management experience required

·                     Demonstrated payroll administration experience is mandatory for this standalone role

·                     Manufacturing industry background preferred; experience in a fast-paced production environment is highly valued
