Production Supervisor

Judge Direct Placement is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Production Supervisor to lead our 2nd shift team in a fast-paced metal fabrication environment. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring production goals are achieved, and maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of approximately 30 employees on the 2nd shift within a 120-employee manufacturing facility
• Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency and continuous improvement
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate expectations, updates, and production goals
• Manage shift schedules, productivity, and workflow to meet deadlines and output targets
• Perform employee performance evaluations and provide coaching and development as needed
• Enforce company safety protocols and ensure compliance with all workplace safety regulations
• Collaborate with other departments and leadership to drive process improvement

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Prior experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment required; metal fabrication experience is a plus but not required. Food experience will not qualify
• Proven leadership experience managing teams in a production setting
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
