osition Summary
We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Production Control Coordinator to support our Production Manager and leadership team. This is a newly created role driven by the implementation of our new ERP system. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, computer savvy, and able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain production data within the ERP system
- Coordinate production schedules and work orders
- Generate reports and assist with production tracking
- Perform clerical and administrative duties related to manufacturing operations
- Work closely with production, inventory, and management teams
- Assist in identifying and resolving production and scheduling issues
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and special projects as needed
Qualifications
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with ERP systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple departments
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to take on new responsibilities
