Production Coordinator
Capital Heating, Cooling & Electric is a leading employer in the Milwaukee area and looking to add a Production Coordinator to our growing team! Using your communication skills and superior organizational abilities you will coordinate the pulse of the day-to-day operations of our Indoor Air Quality, Service, Maintenance and Installation teams. This role involves logistics, accounting, scheduling, superior customer service skills and knowing how to have fun even when it gets tough.
Work hours: Monday - Friday 9:30 am – 6:00pm with some overtime.
Pay Scale: $19.00-$25.00/hr DOE
Qualification Requirements:
- 2+ years dispatching and/or scheduling experience. Prior experience scheduling or logistics in trades industry a plus, but not needed
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Phone skills
- Laser tight attention to detail
- Able to multi-function and change priorities on the fly
- Able to navigate through and use purchasing software and follow a PO process
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and background check
- Excellent customer relation skills
- Ability to read a map
- Ability to use computer software (Microsoft, QuickBooks, etc)
- Detail oriented, organized, results driven individual

Physical Demands and Work Environment: Normal office environment, with normal temperature exposure and lighting. Use of all 5 senses, including close vision, distance vision Ability to work in a sitting position in front of a computer screen for up to 8 hours per day
