For more information about Modine, visit Position Description JOB DESCRIPTION: Supervise up to 15 team members Attend and participate in scheduled weekly meetings Work alongside production support and/or engineering teams for the required technical support including but not limited to drawings, work travelers, planning, etc Coordinating material requests with the purchasing department to ensure materials are readily available Overseeing the production inspection processes to ensure quality standards Partnering with the quality department to ensure quality standards are met, including raising non‑compliance reports for defective/damaged parts. Participating in rectifying snags and ensuring quality alerts have been communicated to other team members Enhancing production efficiencies by streamlining processes and implementing best practices Reading blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine layouts Adapting quickly to changing priorities, ensuring seamless transitions between tasks without compromising deadlines and quality standards Collaborating with cross‑functional teams for successful project completion, strengthening interdepartmental relationships Properly fill out quality checks upon the completion of the unit Ensure that all welded areas are cleaned and painted Ensure high‑quality skids with zero material waste The process entails drilling, caulking and painting the c‑channel Ensuring safety procedures are being followed including conducting tool box meetings and raising concerns to the safety team Ensure that safe working procedures are being followed at all times Other duties as assigned by a member of management Required Education & Qualifications Must be qualified to perform the duties of the occupation in accordance with quality and quantity standards and to perform the mental, and visual requirements of the job in a safe and efficient manner Must have Modine issued forklift license Physical requirements of the job are the ability to: Lift 50 pounds without assistance Stand for a minimum of 2-3 hours Reach over shoulders/head Bend at waist/knees Twist at shoulders/waist Modine is an equal opportunity employer.
