Family Law Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney with 5+ years of family law experience to join our growing North Carolina practice serving clients throughout the greater Raleigh area. Responsibilities-Manage a full caseload of family law matters from intake through resolution.-Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and trials.-Draft pleadings, motions, separation agreements, custody agreements, and other legal documents.-Develop case strategy and provide practical legal guidance throughout the litigation process.-Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive written and oral advocacy.-Maintain proactive communication with clients while delivering exceptional client service.-Collaborate with attorneys and legal support staff to achieve favorable client outcomes.Qualifications-J.D. -Active license and good standing with the North Carolina State Bar.-5+ years of family law experience required.-Strong courtroom presence and litigation experience.-Experience handling divorce, equitable distribution, custody, child support, alimony, and domestic violence matters.-Excellent legal writing, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.-Ability to independently manage a busy caseload while working collaboratively within a team.BenefitsCompetitive Base + Bonus StructureHealthcare benefitsRetirement program with company matchPaid malpractice insurancePaid continuing legal educationPaid Bar duesPTO
