The AWS Data Lead will lead and manage a team of engineers, define the team's vision, and collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of engineers and senior engineers by providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Define and communicate the engineering team’s vision, mission, and goals. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, assessing their potential impact on the organization. Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure the successful design, development, and execution of the product, project, or deliverables. Qualifications: Required: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Hands-on experience with Core Java/J2EE (Spring, Hibernate, MVC). Experience working on Microservices. Good experience on AWS Cloud, MSK, Kinesis, Lambda. Good hands-on experience on AWS Glue using Apache Spark, Amazon EMR. Good experience on container orchestration systems like Kubernetes, ECS. Good working knowledge of SPRING Framework & Spring Boot. Good experience with Kafka and other messaging systems like RabbitMQ. Hands-on experience with REST-based web services. Hands-on experience with SQL queries and MySQL or other RDBMS. Testing experience in JUnit, Spock, or Groovy. Experience with GIT & Maven. Experience in writing design documents and good knowledge of UML. Handling experience in AWS data engineering projects. Preferred: Experience working in an Agile environment. Experience with code quality tools like Sonar, Checkstyle, FindBugs. Experience working on DevOps and related toolsets.
