Conduct daily resident rounds to assess physical and emotional status. Monitor and maintain adequate inventory of medications, medical supplies, and equipment. Ensure nursing assistants follow established procedures for PPE use and disposal. Promote a safe, clean, and healthy environment for residents and staff. What We’re Looking For New graduates welcome! Ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure. Current, valid Indiana RN license . Proven leadership and supervisory skills. Ability to work collaboratively with staff, residents, families, visitors, vendors, and regulatory agencies. Knowledge of nursing practices, long-term care regulations, and applicable laws.
