Trusted.The AUKUS, Submarines, and Industrial Base Group (ASIG), within the Sea, Land, Air Division, provides timely, objective, analytic assessments that integrate technical, operational, programmatic, policy and business analysis to Director Submarine Program directorates and key stakeholders surrounding submarine platform construction. Director Submarine Program unifies submarine platform procurement activities, which includes the Columbia-class SSBN program (a Major Defense Acquisition Program and the Navy’s top acquisition priority), the Virginia-class SSN program, the new SSN-X program (developing the next generation attack submarine), and the AUKUS Integration and Acquisition Office, to bring improved capabilities to our undersea forces. Analysts and Engineers supporting Director Submarine Program will continue SPA’s decades of support to the SSBN force, as well as supporting oversight of cutting-edge attack submarine construction, assisting in developing the design requirements for the SSN platform of the future, and helping plan and execute new and innovative strategies to strengthen the critical submarine shipbuilding industrial base. These are high-profile, major acquisition and manufacturing programs of significant importance to the future capabilities of the US Navy in an era of renewed strategic competition. #FC #DICEResponsibilitiesThe Technical Program Analyst will support NFPC by assisting engineers, technical personnel, program managers, and organizational leadership in establishing and maintaining cohesive oversight of its body of work. The analyst will develop, refine, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft Power Platform- and SharePoint-based tools that centralize, analyze, visualize, track program, project, and financial information. This role will apply data science and data engineering principles to improve program oversight, financial reporting, resource management, and decision-making. The analyst will coordinate with NFPC leadership, Technical Program Managers, Task Leads, Customer Advocates, and other stakeholders to maintain accurate and current information regarding financials, objectives, milestones, schedules, resources, risks, and deliverables. The analyst will also interface across multiple programs and technical communities to identify and track interrelated efforts, improve coordination, and maintain awareness of activities affecting NFPC objectives. This position requires strong technical tool-development capabilities, financial and program-management experience, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly to technical and nontechnical stakeholders. QualificationsRequired Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a STEM, data science, technical, or business management field; relevant technical proficiency and experience sufficient to understand the work may be considered as a substitute. Five or more years of relevant experience in technical program analysis, financial management, project or task management, software or data-tool development, data analysis, or related disciplines. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft applications and Power Platform technologies—including Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, and PowerApps—to develop dashboards, workflows, analyses, and program or project tracking tools. Experience maintaining financial and program information, coordinating across multiple stakeholders, and clearly communicating complex objectives, milestones, resources, risks, processes, and deliverables in a collaborative team environment. Ability to work onsite up to full-time based on client needs, along with a current minimum Secret DoD security clearance and the ability to maintain it throughout employment. Desired Qualifications:  Proficiency in Python or an equivalent coding language, Data Analysis Expressions (DAX), and/or M Code (Power Query).
