Planificar todas las formas de exposición para mostrar de forma coherente el surtido IKEA, reflejando una amplia variedad de estilos, situaciones de vida y precios, dándole a cada producto su función y aportando ideas de decoración a los clientes. 2. Diseñar y ejecutar los diseños, en coordinación con los departamentos de Ventas y Logística, utilizando el Work Brief Process. 3. Mostrar una correcta comunicación comercial y funcional, en colaboración con el departamento de Com&In, que sirva de inspiración en tienda y puntos, compactos, estudios, áreas de self-service y de actividades. 4. Asegurar que la comunicación cumple su función de apoyo al producto y sirve para comunicar los beneficios del surtido IKEA. 5. Realizar rutinas diarias de mantenimiento de todas las áreas comerciales y no comerciales para que el área esté siempre como nueva (ISAN: In Shape As New). 6. Velar por la correcta exposición de los artículos de acuerdo a cada PCD, atendiendo a las necesidades de control de stock realizadas por el Commercial Team y retirando si es necesario los artículos de no surtido. 7. Desarrollar y mantener un conocimiento detallado del surtido IKEA y de la comunicación que lo respalda, así como del mercado laboral, de nuestros clientes y competidores. 8. Colaborar con las campañas, actividades y promociones cuando sea necesario para garantizar que se cumple con la planificación. 9. Planificar, diseñar e implementar en coordinación con el departamento de Marketing los escenarios para los eventos, tanto presenciales como online. 10. Informar y concienciar a los/as colaboradores/as de ventas sobre la importancia del mantenimiento de la presentación del surtido y la comunicación. 11. Participar activamente en las reuniones a las que sea convocado/a, aportando ideas y sugerencias de valor que faciliten la consecución de objetivos. 12. Dar apoyo a otras áreas del departamento y montaje de muebles, tanto de tienda como del PUOP/Shop, cuando sea necesarioAdemás, en Gran Canaria, realizarán la siguiente función:13.
