Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Territory: Brighton. Salary: $114,400 – $169,000 per year with an optional $5,000 sign‑on bonus. Overview: Provide pediatric speech therapy in clients’ homes, collaborate closely with families and care teams, and deliver individualized care using efficient, point‑of‑care documentation tools. The role is tailored for flexibility, manageable caseloads, and real support. Key Responsibilities Conduct pediatric speech therapy sessions in home settings. Collaborate with families, medical teams, and caregivers to develop and implement therapy plans. Maintain accurate, point‑of‑care documentation in the COFK electronic health record. Participate in global outreach program, providing therapy services to underserved children abroad. Engage in ongoing professional development through the online learning portal and industry‑leading training. Qualifications Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology. Eligible for or holds a CCC‑SLP credential. Valid state licensure or certification in Speech Language Pathology. Current BLS/CPR certification. Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
